Sync 365 billing automation Microsoft licence sync is only part of the story. Sync 365 helps MSPs automate managed-user billing, custom recurring services, Azure billing, and Microsoft 365 licence reconciliation directly into ConnectWise, Autotask, and HaloPSA.

  1. Sign in with a Microsoft partner account that can create GDAP relationships.
  2. Enter a relationship name, review the common roles, or expand to add more roles.
  3. Create the approval URL and send or open it for the customer tenant to approve.
  4. Wait for the customer tenant to approve the GDAP relationship. This is critical before adding groups.
  5. After approval is complete, select partner security groups and assign the chosen GDAP roles.
